Add this once per design! Unless you already have an embroidery file in the size you require, in which case you can skip straight to the garments. If you need more than one logo digitising, you will need to add this product for each logo.

Opens an email with the subject already filled in - just attach your PNG or JPG and add your order number.

Do I need this?

• You have a .DST or .PES embroidery file = no, you don't. Skip this and just add your garments. Email the file over with your order number and I'll run it as-is.
• You have a logo or artwork (PNG or JPG please) = yes. It needs converting into a stitch file first.
• You have an idea, or a photo you'd like an drawn for embroidery = yes, and choose the artwork option below.

The options

• Digitisation only - $35. Converting your existing logo or artwork into a stitch file. Takes 2-4 days, as I outsource this to a specialist in Sydney.
• Digitisation + 4 colour custom artwork - $95. You'd like me to draw something from scratch first - your simple line art dog from a photo, a sketch of your favourite peak, an idea you've described. $60 for the drawing, then $35 to digitise it. Allow a little longer while we get the drawing right.

• Digitisation + 10 colour custom artwork - $165. This one is for a special occasion, so you want a little more. $120 for the drawing, then $45 to digitise it. Complicated ideas take longer, but are so worth the wait.

It's charged once no matter how many pieces you order, which is why custom embroidery gets better value the more you order. Already had this exact design & size embroidered by me? Get in touch before ordering - you won't need to pay for it twice.

What happens next

1. Add this once, then add your garments - Custom Embroidered T-Shirt, Custom Embroidered Sweatshirt or Custom Embroidered Beanie = choosing colour, size and placement on each.
2. Email your artwork to hello@piste-and-trail.com.au with your order number - the button up the top will start the email for you.
3. Digitisation usually comes back to me in 2–4 days, then I stitch a test run and show you a proof.
4. Nothing goes onto your garments until you've said YES!!

Turnaround overall is around 2–3 weeks from proof approval, and I can have AS Colour blanks in within a couple of days usually.

Chasing a large front or large back design, or more than 4 thread colours? Email me! Those take a bit longer and are priced by stitch count so I'll quote them to you individually.

Things to note

• I do not accept AI logos or images, or AI embroidery mock ups - the simple reason is because AI images have too much shading, too many gradients & colours, and the finished result will not look like your mock up (and ultimately I don't want to disappoint you) Flat coloured designs and logos only please!
• Your digitised logo file across multiple different products - remember, the maximum size for a beanie cuff is 50mm high, whereas I can go up to 100mm high on a T-shirt or sweatshirt. If you wanted your logo on a T-shirt and a beanie for example, and you needed different sized logos for each, then I have to digitise the logo twice (machine constraints). However, you can save a second digitisation by asking for a 50mm high logo on both.
  
• Once we have agreed on the size of your artwork on the garment and the file has been sent to be digitised = I can't change it without having to re-digitise it, which will incur a second digitisation fee. Please have a good think of the size before you commit. If you are unsure about the size, please get in touch - I am happy to print out your logo for you and show you on the garment before we go to digitise.
• I am not a magical fairy or Amazon. Embroidery takes time to get it right and my advice is based on me wanting you to have a really nice finished product. Happy to work with you as best I can to get what you want, but there are limitations to embroidery, and my abilities (I wish I was a magical fairy)
